EDIT: I am changing my review to a 5-star review because the owner herself called me several times trying to get in touch with me. When she finally did, she explained that the automated emails do not receive email responses and she was not aware until she saw my review. Moving forward, she shared that she will write at the end of emails to call if there is an issue and also will flag patients that should not be receiving automated emails. I hope to be able to use this service again in the future because of the kindness and empathy that Nikki shared. I am leaving a 2 star review based on my follow up experience with this boutique, not my experience while there. I will discuss both in this review: Experience while there: I was greeted at the door and brought into the ultrasound room. Unfortunately, this is where I learned that I had a missed miscarriage. This is to no fault of the tech. She gently told me the news and shared photos of the baby so that I could share them with my doctor. This experience itself was good despite the bad news and the review would have been higher than 2 stars if not for the next part. I received an email from Angel Vision on January 19 stating: "Hey there Momma 🥰 It was a pleasure having you a few weeks back, we hope all is well with you and your baby! Are you wondering what baby looks like? Come see! Starting at 26 weeks you can clearly see your baby’s facial features......" I quickly responded to the email stating that this was very jarring considering that I learned at this ultrasound that I lost my baby. My email stated: "Hi there, I know this is an automated email as it says unsubscribe at the end of the email, but this was a very jarring email for me. When I came to your office, it was in October and that's when you told me my baby doesn't have a heartbeat. So, I wouldn't expect an email from you saying we hope all is well with you and your baby. I was going to ignore this and unsubscribe but I think this is important to share. As a woman going through the depths of grief and trying to find joy again, this email was very upsetting." There was NO response. I followed up with another email on Jan 22 saying: "Good afternoon, I am very disappointed in the lack of response to this email. I was hoping to hear from you following me sharing concerns. I am hoping this doesn't happen to any other people in the future." Again, no response. I understand that people are busy but I sent my first email response 4 days ago and a follow up yesterday with no response at all. This is why the business is getting a 2 star review. Do with that what you will. It seems the experience is not so bad itself and the email itself was probably automated but I just can't get behind a business that doesn't even reply to your concerns.

This is our 2nd time coming here during this pregnancy and my wife and I always have an amazing experience here. The space is very welcoming and comfortable. I’m thrilled that I was able to see my baby before he’s born. However, I’m holding back from giving it a perfect score because my necklace and pendant haven’t arrived yet. It’s been four weeks, and when I called they informed me that they’re backordered, so I’ll have to wait another one to two weeks. We booked a 3D/4D ultrasound to see our baby in 3D as our doctors office did not have the capability. From the moment we walked in we were treated with such warmth and kindness. We got some great pictures of our baby and loved seeing his little face. We were  very happy that all the pictures were sent to us digitally as well as being able to take home some prints. The best money I’ve ever spent. Was so important to me to get reassurance all was okay with my baby in between appointments with my doctor. I had a lovely experience during my visit today. My tech, Rosa, was so incredibly kind and funny. She made my husband and I feel comfortable during our time there and was able to tell us our baby’s gender immediately. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
